OMNIplus ON Battery Monitoring lets you keep an eye on the performance data and operating processes of the most expensive component of your electric bus fleet at all times and in real time. The Fleet Overview and Events functions provide a quick and transparent summary of the health status of your batteries along with important information on how to improve battery usage and service life. An additional, free-of-charge Warranty Status service also gives you a simple breakdown of your particular warranty conditions.

#1: Fleet Overview
Get a quick, real-time summary of the current states of eBus high-voltage batteries in your fleet. In addition to vehicle type, kilometer reading and age, a total of 14 battery-relevant key figures are summarised in a transparent and easy-to-understand diagram – from health status to energy throughput and battery cell temperature of individual battery packs.

#2: Battery Events
The Events function posts warnings in real time. For example, it warns you if a battery's temperature is increasing to critical levels. This boosts the safety and operational readiness of your fleet and extends the service life of batteries. It also sends you helpful recommended actions and tips for the careful use of your high-voltage batteries in real time. This could include details of neglected or incomplete vehicle preconditioning or partially charged batteries. This improves the service life of the batteries, prevents battery damage and identifies critical battery statuses or battery misuse in good time.

#3: Warranty Status
Keep an eye on the warranty status of your high-voltage batteries with the free Warranty Status service. It shows you a simple breakdown that lets you check your particular warranty conditions and the warranty period of your high-voltage batteries quickly and easily in real time. A concise outline of your warranty status shows you what exactly is guaranteed, how long the warranty is valid and which warranty conditions must be fulfilled. This also helps you to comply with contractual conditions.
