With the eServiceContracts, OMNIplus offers comprehensive support for the operation of your eBuses for bus companies of all sizes. Fleet operators can choose the service scope for their electric bus fleet individually and according to requirements. #1 Battery monitoring
The digital service OMNIplus ON Battery Monitoring provides important data to improve battery usage and service life. In addition, OMNIplus ON monitor gives fleet managers the opportunity to keep an eye ON their bus fleet at all times and from anywhere. Data such as fuel and energy consumption are available in real time and can be accessed at any time via a mobile device.
#2 Remote control functions
Before the electric bus leaves the depot for its daily use, it can be preconditioned with OMNIplus ON Remote Control Functions. The digital service not only improves the range of the vehicle, but also sustainably extends the service life of the batteries. Thanks to the flexible integration of the tool, Remote Control Functions is particularly worthwhile for operators of small fleets without a charging management system.

#3 Over-the-air updates
With over-the-air updates, OMNIplus ON offers the option of transmitting and installing system updates over the mobile phone network without any time delay and without a workshop visit. Introduced with the Mercedes-Benz eIntouro, the new digital service will in future be available for buses of the Mercedes-Benz and Setra brands with the new B2Ece electronics architecture.

The individual design of your depot is one of the great strengths of Mercedes me CHARGE. As a bus operator, you will be supported in the entrance to electric mobility as well as in the economical operation of e-buses. The service portfolio ranges from feasibility analysis to planning and implementation of construction measures at the depot to software for loading and depot management.
#2 Charging infrastructure solutions
OMNIplus CHARGE works with renowned European charging system manufacturers to implement the right charging infrastructure solutions. The experts from Daimler Buses coordinate all partners on site so that you can focus on the operation of your enterprise. In addition to setting up the charging infrastructure for electric buses, OMNIplus CHARGE also offers tailor-made infrastructure solutions for a functioning hydrogen supply. For example, it is analysed whether it makes more sense to set up your own hydrogen refuelling station at the depot or to use a third-party H2 refuelling station.
#3 Loading and depot management
The tailor-made charging and depot management solutions optimise the operation of electric bus fleets. As a bus company, you benefit from the support of OMNIplus CHARGE in your daily operations. The charging management software ensures that e-buses are charged in a timely and economical manner in order to reduce grid load peaks and automate the charging of electric buses in favourable price windows.
