3D-printed seat logos according to customer requirements
For Setra touring coaches and intercity vehicles, OMNIplus offers a flexible and individual solution for customising the backrests of touring coach seats with 3D-printed seat logos. This allows bus companies to give their Setra buses an unmistakable and exclusive look.
Three high-quality versions available
The customisable and 3D-printed seat logos are available in three high-quality variants. They are available in a high-gloss look, in a matt finish or in a particularly elegant version with a brushed stainless steel look. Customers get to choose the font for the lettering of the 3D-printed seat logos. In addition to customer names or customer logos, seat numbers or labels like “Tour Guide” or “Accessible” can also be selected to meet practical requirements and make it easier for passengers to find their way around on board. A wide range of customising options are available for vehicles with touring coach seating and existing Genuine Setra Seat Logos. OMNIplus service centres will be happy to support you in creating customer-specific requests and initiate a corresponding feasibility check.
Fast and easy production with 3D printing
Not only does production using the 3D printing process make the new seat logos individual, but the needs-based part implementation also ensures that standardised large-scale production is not necessary. Instead, production always takes place on an occasional basis according to customer requirements, promptly and with high flexibility. For example, the individually designed seat logos are always produced in the exact number required by the customer – saving materials, energy and resources. If the customer wishes to have further seat logos of the same type or new seat logos in a different design or with a modified lettering arrangement in the future, like with raised characters instead of printed font, these can be produced at any time in the type, design and number desired by the customer using the 3D printing process.

Professional and flexible installation
The printing of this new vehicle customisation can be requested from any European OMNIplus service centre, which will carry out professional installation. The only requirement is that the Setra vehicle has coach seating with the original Setra logo already present. Should the vehicle later be used or sold for other requirement profiles and applications, the 3D printed seat logos can be removed at any time.
The range of retrofit products and accessories from OMNIplus will continue to be expanded in the future - this also applies to customer-specific solutions for vehicle individualisation.
