The condition of the high-voltage batteries significantly determines the performance and profitability of your fleet. With OMNIplus reworking, traction batteries can be professionally reconditioned so that their service life is reliably extended.

Extended life cycle
At the end of the first phase of use in the vehicle, the battery is far from at the end of its life cycle. The reworking process follows a similar approach to classic remanufacturing: The already used component is remanufactured so that it can be reused in the vehicle. The objective of reconditioning is to achieve different SoH levels (SoH = State of Health) that are optimally suited to the respective vehicle and its use. In contrast to remanufacturing, reworking does not entail the claim to achieve a battery that is as good as new (SoH = 100%). Instead, three clearly defined SoH levels are provided, which are perfectly tailored to different vehicle ages and operational requirements. This means that every vehicle receives exactly the battery that best suits its requirements.
