Our bus customers can find the new OMNIplus eShop which has replaced the previous OMNIplus OnlineParts Shop using the OMNIplus ON Portal (https://www.omniplus-on.com/) in the ON commerce section. In addition to the complete product portfolio of the Mercedes-Benz and Setra brands, you will now also find the integration of individual bus fleets and personalised replacement parts for selected vehicles in the eShop. Using QuickCollect, the customer can find those replacement parts most in demand which are represented in 12 general categories. With just one click it's possible to see availability at your preferred Service Support Point. Digital services for optimising maintenance and fleet management as well as driver communication can be obtained for a fee via ON commerce.
