The basic mobility package is processed via OMNIplus ServiceCard Basic. In combination with the basic mobility package, it is the ideal accompaniment for Mercedes-Benz and Setra bus customers. Thanks to the comprehensive services which are included in the basic mobility package, holders of this card have a number of advantages such as 24h SERVICE in the event of a flat tire, our replacement bus service or the repair and parts service.
The OMNIplus ServiceCard Basic is available as vehicle or fleet related service card and is valid for up to six years. If the card is vehicle related every vehicle is equipped with a separate card and on each vehicle related card your company name is stated. In addition to that you can also choose a second identification feature (e.g. registration number, chassis number). The card has to be carried with the vehicle at all times and has to be shown within our ServiceNet when using it.
With the fleet related OMNIplus ServiceCard Basic you get one single card for your entire vehicle fleet, because of that a new card application or the return of the card in case of fleet increases or reduction is no longer required. The card does not need to be carried with the driver, but can remain at the location of the customer. When using the card at one of our service partners (Europe-wide) or in case of a breakdown, you only have to state the card number and expiry date. This means that that you or a fleet manager must be contacted before use of the card by your driver.

The OMNIplus basic mobility package allows OMNIplus customers to make cashless payments for service work which is incurred plus genuine parts and accessories required for Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses at all bus service points within the OMNIplus service network.

Fast and professional roadside assistance – throughout Europe and around the clock – is offered by 24h SERVICE.
In the event of breakdowns and repairs, an Internet-based system offers you an initial bus-specific financial guarantee, which can be increased online. This enables the service department to start work immediately, getting your bus back on the road as soon as possible.
If a bus needs to take an unscheduled break during transit, our exclusive replacement bus service is available to you within Germany. Once you have called the OMNIplus 24h SERVICE number, if a short-term repair is not possible, you have the option to request a replacement bus. After specifying your data, an available replacement bus, including a driver, will be provided by another OMNIplus customer. In other European countries, we offer you the best possible support in searching for a replacement bus.
24h tire service to keep you rolling! Our tire service is exclusively available to OMNIplus basic mobility package customers throughout virtually the whole of Europe – in the form of a competent partnership between OMNIplus and Europe's leading tire manufacturer, Continental. International invoicing standards
In addition to our standards for repair and qualifications, we guarantee our customers centrally controlled invoicing standards. This is possible based on fixed kilometer rates throughout Europe and fixed allowances for labor and replacement part sales outside normal business hours as well as the partial absorption of express fees for parts.
