This OMNIplus offer encompasses around three dozen assemblies and components – from axles to cylinder heads. Used parts delivered by the customer are taken apart to the last screw, cleaned, assessed, selected and then industrially remanufactured. From used to original exchange part – the process

Remanufacturing

1. Inspection
What second-hand parts are suitable for remanufacturing? An inspection at the start of the process gives clarity.

2. Disassembly
During subsequent disassembly, the old parts to be reconditioned are completely taken apart and wear components removed.

3. Cleaning
Then, a special process is used to clean them.

4. Preparation
New wear parts are reinserted, any defects eliminated and the parts are brought, as far as possible, to the latest state of development...

5. Assembly
...so that, after assembly, what we have is an original exchange part that corresponds to our high OMNIplus quality standards.

6. Functional test
Then, the reconditioned parts are subjected to a functional test.
